Contacting the shop
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the information you choose to share — such as your name, contact details and message — to answer your question, provide product or service information and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying or, for purchase or service enquiries, steps taken before a possible contract. We keep this information only as long as needed to handle and follow up your request, then delete it or archive it where the law requires.
Contact form
The form shown on the website is not connected to a sending service. Information entered there is neither sent to nor stored by RUN EVASION. Please use email, phone or WhatsApp instead. This notice will be updated if the form is activated.
Hosting and external services
Vercel Inc. hosts the site and may process technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses, browser details and connection logs. The embedded Google Maps map and Google reviews displayed through Featurable load third-party services that may receive technical data. WhatsApp opens only when you use its link. These providers apply their own privacy policies; some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable safeguards.
Cookies and trackers
With your consent, a Google Ads tag only measures clicks to WhatsApp, phone and directions to assess advertising campaigns. It is not loaded before consent. You may decline or change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”. Google Maps and Featurable may use their own technologies when loaded.
